Naomi Buo

Health Coach

Naomi Buo is a Licensed Therapist LSW, with years of experience treating Individuals, families and groups. Areas of specialty and focus are Depression, Anxiety, Stress Management, Trauma and Abuse, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Postpartum Depression, Bipolar Disorder/Mood

Disorders, ADHD, Self-Esteem and Confidence and Coping with Life Changes. Naomi has experience in Cognitive

Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Interventions (MBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Psychodynamic Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, Solution-Focused Brief

Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

 

She received her Master of Social Work at the Catholic University of America with a clinical concentration in Mental Health. She is compassionate, client-centered and focused on engaging and building therapeutic relationship with clients. Naomi’s goal is to provide individual therapy to clients with a variety of mental health needs and help support their physical and emotional well-being.

Completed an MBA program with a focus on Healthcare Finance and Analytics at the California State University in Sacramento. 

Dadiana Lopez

Therapist

Dadiana Lopez is a bi-lingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received her training at Hunter College's Silberman School of Social Work in 2014 and is licensed in the states of New York and Connecticut. Dadiana ’s approach to therapy is both evidence-based and holistic. During a session, you may practice defining your values, using proven strategies to gain new perspectives, and managing difficult emotions with self-compassion and mindfulness. Dadiana's specialties include working with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transition challenges.

Joanna Martin

Therapist

Joanna Martin is a graduate of University of Pittsburgh with a Master's in Social Work and also holds a Master's in Community Counseling. She has over 20 years of experience as a mental health counselor
and holds a LCSW. She has many years of experience with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma and other mental health disorders. Her background in crisis intervention and inpatient populations allows her to make decisions based on the safety of her clients. Joanna has dedicated her life to helping others heal in a judgement free warm setting. Joanna is CBT and EMDR certified and allows concepts of both in her work with clients. She is passionate about working with females through their transitional journey.

Dr. Komal Dutt

Therapist

Dr. Komal Dutt received her Ph.D. from State University of New York at Albany. She has completed an American Psychological Association approved internship at University of Pittsburgh Counseling Center and has completed her post-doctoral training at Drew University Counseling Center. She has also worked at a community mental health center in upstate N.Y. She received a Masters in Organizational Behavior from University of Delhi, India. As a part of this program she worked as an intern in the H.R. department at a large corporation. Her experience in business, especially H.R., provides her with the insight into the opportunities and challenges facing professionals.

She is skilled in treatment of depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, self-esteem, body-image, women’s, and career related issues. She also has experience and training in helping people with stress management, distress tolerance (using Dialectical Behavioral therapy skills), and dealing with shyness. Her counseling/psychotherapy is based primarily on tenets of Self-Psychology and Humanistic psychologies. Therefore, her goals are determined by the goals the clients see for themselves, and are often based on symptom management.
